Transnational Organised Crime Task Force
The RSS TOCTF is a multi-agency Force that was formed by the RSS in partnership with the US Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) to support the Member States’ efforts in combatting drugs and drug trafficking activities, in particular regional and international targets.
The intent is to investigate, target and prosecute individuals from all levels and roles in the criminal organisations, seizing and forfeiting all assets owned or under the effective role of the subjects. The TOCTF seeks to disarm, dismantle, disrupt and deter the criminal activities of the organisations and to establish a strong deterrent against organised crime.
