Request For Expressions Of Interest For Design And Implementation Of Framework For Joint Investigations Team For Financial Investigation And Asset Recovery

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is inviting eligible parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the design and implementation of a comprehensive framework for Joint Investigations focused on Financial Investigations and Asset Recovery (FIAR).
This framework aims to enhance regional collaboration and coordination among law enforcement agencies, enabling more efficient investigations, the recovery of assets, and the disruption of financial crimes within the Caribbean region.
Consulting firms must be from a Member Country or Territory of the Bank and will be required to submit their contact information, a brief description of the firm and evidence of previous experience related to the service to be executed, along with their EOI.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in PDF format only (Max. 45MB), using the Bidder Portal for the Selection and Contracting of Consulting Firms for Bank-Executed Operations, no later than April 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (Washington, D.C. Time). This Portal may be accessed at http://beo-procurement.iadb.org.
